If a booking is cancelled less than 8 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 31 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
* Please note that bookings not made directly with us via web platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia etc. will be subject to the cancelation policy of that platform. For example bookings made through AirBnB will be subject to the policy on that specific platform. Cancelations of bookings not made directly with us must be canceled through that platform by the guest and will subject to the rules of that platform.
* We are unable to give refunds outside of the cancelation policy so recommend purchasing travel insurance.
